The Hardest Yet!

This should be my hardest riddle yet.
You and a dozen other survivers are stuck in the middle of the desert at high noon when the plane you were all in crashes, the others are ages 14-17 and about as bright as a black hole (they're extremely thick)
They turn to you for help.
They have salvaged these items from the wreckage:
1 map
30 bottles of water
1 gun (16 bullets)
1 bottle of whiskey
1 book of desert animals
10 coats
2 newspapers
5 umbrellas
10 packets of sweets
20 nappies
1 box of matches

re-arrange the items in order of importance (what you should use first)
you must state why you have arranged the items the way you have

RULES: 2 points are (no longer) up for grabs in this puzzle, 1 for correctly getting all the items in the right order and the other for correctly saying why.
this riddle is assuming that you willl not be rescued for a long time and that the rainy season is a few years away. The plane is a complete wreck with no chance of it being able to fly ever again and the same is true for the radio.

I'll give one clue: 3 3 3 (i'm not saying anymore than that)

btw my previous riddle doesn't need solving

UPDATE: well, this riddle is closed (i've left the comments open if anyone just wants to chat before the next riddle goes up) i have posted the answer as the 61st comment.
I get the 2 points for this one but never mind, i'll post an easier riddle next time. (if i feel like giving you all an easy time, lol)

i think the map would come first so they can find out where they are

the bottles of water would be in my opinian 4th only for desprate time they use it

the guns 8th prob cause theres a low chance that they will get attacked

the whiskey would be fith so they share a sip each

the animal would be 2nd cause you need to know which animal is safe to touch and eat

coats would be last cause they will just heat you up (unless its cold in dark)

newspaper/ prob 3rd at night if its a little chilly

umbrella i think 5th so they can cool sweaty people

sweets 6th cause there wouldent be any kids cause this might hppen so they keep them home safe

nappies 10th cause like the last one jus read it

matches 7th cause same as the coats they can heat you (unless its cold in dark)

use the whiskey as a fire fuel
nappies can be used you split into pieces to use as toilet paper or something
newspaper can be used for some sort of dodgy entertrainment or as toilet paper aswell
I am guessing the pilot died aswell
ration the matches and the sweets and also the water.

the rest are pretty unimportant(depending on what the map is...) but these are all u REALLY need, everything else is a want, the reason that these are needs is that:
1.the bottles of water are your survival, u cannot live without this
2.the matches are to make fire at night since it gets extrememly cold
3. the book is so that u know what animals are, dangerous/eadible/or helpful
4. the coats again for the nights
5. a gun so u can either kill any dangerous animals (or to kill one another in case of emergencies, such as terrible bite, or if you all couldnt make it out and ran out of supplies)
6. the whiskey is to treat any injuries or to help the fire, maybe even to drink if u run out of water

use the map to try and find a way out, then use the gun to shgoot what u u see thats adible in the book of desrt animals then the water so u dont dehydrate then the matchesd to cook what u shoot, nappies to sleep that night, then cots to stay warm, then throw newspaper where u cooked the food to start fire to stay warmer sweeties, for when you do something good umbrellas, in case it rains somehow, and then whiskey, in case u need to re-populate with the ugly ladies lol

but my friends dad is a pilot and hast taught my friend to fly a plane
as for recon
I thought scouting the area would be good
so to find anything can be found that is useful such as food and such and such

i highly doubt that scouting would be the first thing on these survivers' agenda.
again, it's a desert. i don't think there would be food just lying around.

you could sart up a new story if you wanted to...

but you should probably spend time learning how to use flash (check out the tutorials, they're excellent), that way you could make your own movies. if you needed Darkness sprites just pm me, i should be able to make them.

if you have no idea what sprites are just look at the tutorials. (try the one i marked as my favourite, it's good)

who the fuck cares about plants, yes some may be used for survival buit that is not taken into consideration in this riddle.
think of it like this, all there is is you, the survivers, the items and the sand. thats it.
