Aya its pretty simple why FM16 did this its because depending on what you choose determines how the story ends take Resident Evil 1 (original) for example depending on what choice you make determines the outcome of the story
w8 a minute, i put that in this one, why are you reinforcing that which is already said?
ok,
#1, it's obvious that the choices made affect the end of the story, and its the sequel to that game, along with other games along the same genre (horror, not zombie) and those endings were only 3 fold, sad normal or good
even the small book collection goosebumbs did that, some of their books had choices at the bottom of some pages, you would flick through to different pages to read on the path you chose, an example is "Night of a Thousand Claws" a gosebumbs story which takes place on an island (if you do read that book, dont go into the house, you get a very quick end which is rather silly, and not scary at all)
but back to this story,is it not obvious enough that what link found just might happen to be what the whole story is about? this Link (who i'm taking it is the same Link from the Zelda games) found some sort of Amulet didn't he? and the title of the story is Sonic and the Final Fantasy the *AMULET* of Hope
unless i'm very much mistaken this found amulet IS the amulet of hope!
and i for one would like to see what this amulet is all about, if it is what the story is about
you certainly know your stuff, i like the ending where you get the second option to open the envelope labelled emergency, the first time you get a chance to open it, well, thats just plain stupid (who would actually do that in that situation?)
well, if people switch to A you will find out! ^^
and #2, flashman16 puts his beware message at the bottom of each story, so you cant really forget that the choices made affect the story greatly (he must have just forgotten about it in this one)
