your xbox has no hard drive?
or is it that you have no hard drive space on your pc?
either way i dont have halo 3, but i do know that halo 3 has a better emblem making system that halo 2

you dont need to be online to make an emblem, just go to settings, player profiles, select ur profile, edit, appearence and change the appeaarence including emblem, you dont need Xbox live to do that
