Shamefully it isn't fixed, the laptop is destroyed internally (right now its lying in the attic collecting dust). My dumbass of a dad got me a new laptop instead. Thats what I'm using to type this reply.
I'ts great to be back and now that I have a basic understanding of using Flash I am making Flash movies to go into NG!
